Phoenix Spark: A Hero Arises

A hero arising story about a young girl named Valerie who refuses to care about anyone, because she knows the consequences. However, a weird phenomenon occurs and teens from the ages 13-18 start developing magical abilities, some stronger than others. Now, Valerie and her new companions are on the run from the government, on an adventure to find Camp Vigilante, a safe place for teens with magical abilities. But, when they get to the "camp," somethings not right. And, as the story continues, Valerie's powers gradually grow stronger everyday, making it hard to control. Will she be able to save her friends in time? Or will she be the cause of their destruction?
