The world has been under the influence of a deadly virus for decades. To keep the children safe, they were brought to a school, Paper School, shut and locked down to anyone besides the teachers and students. These students are the hope for humanity, the hope that one day they may bring back what was lost and forge a new society.

Claire's home was destroyed after an attack, so her mother, reluctantly, sent her away to Paper School in order to keep her safe. She was a bright young girl, and hopefully had what it took to live there among humanity's final hope.

She was taken in, however she quickly discovered there was more to this school than meets the eye... and more danger, possibly, even than the ruined outside could pose.

[Ranked 🏅#1 in 'LOCKDOWN', 'VIRUS', 'ZOMBIEAPOCALYPSE', 'ROMANCE'] I was in Bio class when it happened. The school sirens went off. Code black, full lockdown. No one knew what was going on. Classrooms are locked shut from door to door. We thought this was a practice drill, but from the look on Ms Mills' face, this was no practice drill. Something's happening to me. My life as I know it has turned upside down, then right back up. Why did I get out of bed that one morning? © 2017, @fur_el. All rights reserved.
