They wanted her to come home and be hope's big sister until a secret that hayley is hide from everyone was Allison isn't klaus's daughter, she actually is Lucifer Morningstar's Daughter.

Now Lucifer knows that he has a daughter and wanted to see her until he see his enemy Klaus with his daughter, which didn't like. So he had a plan to tell Allison that she's his daughter and not klaus's.
