Elk river treatment program was opened in 2007, and shutdown after a incident of fraud in early 2024. I, among thousands of others were at the mercy of this program in our early teens and endured forced labor, rancid abuse, and various forms of cruel therapies. This story is a spin off, a joke (just like the program was). A parody of a twisted lesbian love story between the CEO/owner of ERTP, Karen Lee. And the clinical director Penny Baker. Both known in real life to be god fearing, so seeing this would be their worst nightmare. Both women are vile, but what happens when Karen ditches her failed politician husband, Casey Wardynski. For a mistress working right beside her in this grand abuse camp.
