After a year of settling down, Clone Force 99 is contacted by their brother, saying the Empire is on the hunt for them once again, through an imperial project that would eradicate the squadron. Project Stellarsphere, they called it. Upon realizing Pabu is no longer safe for them, they evacuate immediately, heading towards new coordinates until Pabu is safe once again.
When they arrive, they decide to do some investigating on what the Empire is planning for the galaxy. During their research, however, they discover something more disturbing than they could imagine.
