In the utopian universe created by three titans, two elder brothers decide to trap their younger brother to prevent his creatures, humans, from threatening the universe's balance. The story is narrated by an external narrator observing Marco's life and the other characters he encounters along his journey.

Marco discovers the legend of the universe and finds a way to bring about the end of existence itself, seeking to break the "most important line" of all, which is life. The book, titled "Broken Line," explores Marco's journey as he strives to fulfill his purpose.
