In a world where majority of the population is reduced to a medieval age after a devastating nuclear apocalypse, the survivors of mankind were approached by a race of gods known as the Sentinels; mysterious deities led by an omnipotent force called "Nöhila." In an attempt to restore peace and harmony to mankind, the Sentinels established a caste system known as The Rings.
With the sudden and unexplained murder of a Sentinel, tension rises between The Rings as the people realize their "gods" may not be gods after all.
The story follows multiple characters perspectives in their journey within this war-torn society, with each of them pursuing one powerful weapon of legend:

Winter and her two sisters, Alyssa and Nalla, finally accept the true nature of the apocalypse. but only when a zombie attacks, and bites one of their own. spoilers: I ran into the zombie, arm first, pushing it down before the woman was bitten. I glanced up at her, watching her run with a small smile. That is about the time i realized i was still wrestling a zombie. I looked back at it, but it was to late, it's teeth were wrapped around my arm, blood oozing from it's mouth. I held my breath to stop my scream, shoving the zombie away, jumping back with a small gasp. I am a zombie now. I felt tears spring to my eyes, and i let them roll down my face. For some reason, one thought went through my head. I need to hide. Content Warning-This story is meant for mature audiences. It features adult language, references, situations, sexual content, graphic violence, and gore. Fantasy, horror, and science fiction are my favorite genres to read. They are also my favorite to write. I've enjoyed writing since I won my first writing contest in the fourth grade. That was over twenty-five years ago and I haven't shared a sinlge word of it. Imposter syndrome is a bitch! Well, I finally managed to pull the trigger. Here is "O Negative". It's a mix of all of my favorite genres. I've mixed a fantasy, based on present-day Earth, with plenty of graphic horror and wrapped it all up within a world driven by the technological advancements that only can be obtained from millions of years of civilation. A small group of strangers find themselves surviving in a decimated world. It's bad enough to be stranded in a no-name town, but things become surreal when you realize the vast majority of humanity has died...it becomes terrifying when you realize you aren't that lucky to be alive. "Survivor's Guilt" isn't a thing when you find yourself the sole food source for an entire group of beings that no longer need to hide in the shadows. Man is no longer at the top of the food chain...they are now the cattle.
Translucent Shadows
Once upon a time in a wonderous land called 'Elsinore', the few citizens left have just survived an massive attack by an evil necromancer that has been haunting them for decades. This assault was so destructive that the radiation has spread to a virus that destroys most living things. A small percentage were immune but only high powerful equals (and orcs) that knew some sort of extreme magic made it. Most are unaware that this event has happened even though it wiped out 98% of the world's population. The main character, Crow gets extremely lucky with power and turns into an crazy nutcase. This is his back up story and reasons why he turned out that way. This is a prequel to another story that will be out shortly after this one is completed. Keep in mind that I wrote some parts two years ago so this may be out of order. Also you can skip the first part, it is just character descriptions.
