The Devil's Whisper

They said villains were created, thanks to the hateful and unloving society. But how about they are naturally born like that?

A married woman keeps having weird dreams and continuously hearing whispers everywhere she goes. The whispers keep getting louder and louder whenever her husband is abusing her.

"Kill him..." Another whisper in her ears. "Let him shower with his own blood. Kill him."

She couldn't feel her body after receiving kicks and punches from her husband. She spit out some blood as she slowly crawls into the blood-stained carpeted floor. Limb by limb, toe by toe, she reached the ice pick hidden underneath the bed.

"That's it..." The whisper came back again. "Your reward is waiting after this, my love..."

She shuddered, suddenly feeling a cold wind touching her back, and slowly reached her arms-as if something gave her support to stand up.

"Think of what he did. Think how much you suffered because of him. Think of your dead son. You lost the only person who gave you a purpose to live. Life for life, blood for blood..."

She screams at the top of her lungs, holding tightly the ice pick and stabbed her sleeping husband.
