Meet Rose, a quiet teen who has moved into Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. She says nothing but keeps a notebook to write her responses to others.

Lyra, a new girl who keeps a hoodie on regardless of how hot it is. She also keeps to herself.

These two and more are ignored by the others who have resided at the school for others like them. While a select few get to leave the campus, they are left to themselves.
