Uchiha Saisumi is Shisui younger sister and Sasuke's Bestfriend. She got separated after leaving Sunagagure with her family; Getting ambushed as they headed back to Konoha by one of the high elders, saisumi unlocked her mangekyou upon seeing her parents dying. 

Seeing her petite body gets taken over by anger; Danzo was mesmerized as he saw her susano "She unlocked it at that age.. "  but due to the poison in her body, she passed out giving Danzo a chance to steal her eyes,  but just before he walked closer to her, A man wearing a mask showed up and take saisumi's body away.
