Lucy and Wendy were sent to another world by Mavis before Mavis used her power to lock herself in Fairy Tail for seven years with their ages not being the same except for Lucy and Wendy. It was happen because of Lucy's father, Acnologia who attack them. Lucy didn't remember of her father because her memories locked away by her brother, Zeref. The world that Mavis send them were a ninja world. Mavis seem told them to live in another world for seven years before she take them back. Mavis had promised Lucy and Wendy that she will take them back to Fairy Tail.
