You are a hybrid between a Tree of Life Fae and a Mother Earth Spirit. Being a war survivor, you were scarred for life forced to live in the darkness. What happens when your family forces you to attend a mating ball in hopes to be rid of you finally, and you face the embarrassments in meeting the nobles and royalty in such a state. What are you to do when no one other than Earth himself asks you to dance and a sex soon after in his drunken state? What do you do when you give birth to a litter of gemstones and thrown to the streets? Will you survive this journey in becoming a mother to Gods? Identity crisis? What's that? ---- An earthling's soul was born into an incompatible, human body. Their muscles misbehaved, their skin and body felt like a rigid shell, and their weak constitution left little options for any activities outside of paperwork, books and anything on a screen at home. Then the divine beings tried to correct the mistake and removed the mismatched soul from its unfitting body, slinging it to a distant world with a new body to control. The human flesh-prison replaced with the unlimited options of a shapeshifter, the soul has now a magic-filled world to explore. Grow fur for a mountain hike, grow gills and fins for a deep dive. It's time to catch up on decades worth of missed travels and activities. But who wants to deal with the flesh-craving predators called shapeshifters? A happy childhood, a so-so adolescence. Then adulthood arrived, and everything went to hell. And by everything, I mean it. Grown-up life is truly a wonderful, dazzling adventure! A job that drains your soul, stripping away any will to live while fueling a more or less justified homicidal instinct; depression knocking at the door with a lovely bouquet of red roses and, last but not least, the remnants of a social life buried somewhere under my shoes. Not the ones I'm wearing now; those are slippers, big difference. I mean the pretty ones in the cabinet that I haven't touched in five years. Love can be destructive. It catches you, ensnares you, devours you, and if you're unlucky enough, it leaves you standing in nothing but your underwear before reducing you to ashes. I had made peace with my "and she lived single, forever unhappy but safe" fate. A house, one, four, eight, maybe twenty cats and a future as flat as a heart monitor that's given up the ghost. No joys, minimal suffering, because there's only so much a heart can take before it calls it quits. And honestly? Fuck it, I'd been through enough. ... But he changed everything. In the worst, most terrifying way possible. From this abyss, I may never climb back out.

He's sick of it. He's sick of all the torment. He's tired of you. You don't care though. You never did. After getting into an argument with Venus, he flees to the asteroid belt. Soon after everyone is asleep, he has the urge to murder Venus, to which he almost succeeds before wussing out. He then meets his imaginary companion. Mercury then murders with the his friends persuasion. Then again with the voices persuasion. His sanity becomes more dull as time passes. He's finally mustered up the courage to defend himself. Using the worst way possible. I laugh at you pitiful humans who scurry about this Earth with out a purpose seeking only life, but finding only death. I welcome death. I know what is coming, and the Goddess of Darkness will welcome me into her kingdom when I die. For now, I serve her purpose. I fight wars in her name, and serve as her avatar when needed. When she first came to me, she burned the love out of my heart. Now I find only humor in silly human affections. Love. It's such a short and despicable word. Maybe I could just enjoy fighting until I died, if it wasn't for the city. My city. My own corrupted city that cast me out for saving one of the city's own. The city I spit upon for its treatment of the gods and goddesses chosen people. I swear that one day, I will come back. Time didn't matter to her. She got up when the sun did and tried to sleep when the sun went down. because of this seemingly endlessness, she's forgotten her name, she's forgotten her family and she's forgotten everything she use to be. Now she was nothing. Living on the streets of a town begging for money and food from travellers that didn't know who she was, unlike the rest of the town that thought of her as something unnatural even though she doesn't know why. Constantly abused by the townspeople who don't understand her, she is left to die in an alleyway after a horrible run in with three drunk men. She was expecting to die and have her corpse eaten by rats and other vermin. What she didn't expect was to be saved by a woman that was everything but human. "Do you want to live?" This woman asked and when she looked into herself she knew the answer, it came easy through her busted lips. "Yes." From that day on she became something else, something not human, something extraordinary and from that day forth she will serve this woman who saved her life and maybe one day remember her name or be given one by her new Mistress. Maybe one day she'll remember who she was and maybe she'll even find the one person that completes her soul. From that day forth she became a Nightwalker. Completed.
