Aster Dusk was traumatized, which resulted in him regressing mentally sometimes. well, more often than not. His best friend, Jamie, helped him out through everything, but eventually, it became too much.
The 2 friends part ways, and Aster finds himself lost and weary of everyone. He manages alright for about a week before he starts looking for something to help. Something that ends up being the form of a care home that promises to provide a safe home soon.
Rhea was successful in life, but with her recent breakup, she found herself needing something to balance her. Something besides her dogs. She searched for roommates, looked into adoption, and nothing seemed to settle the scale of her life. The children helped, but she knew she couldn't care for a child properly while working.
She'd talked to her friends and coworkers, explaining the need for what she could only describe as a part-time child. She explained that her house was empty and she needed someone who depended on her part time, but was also fully capable of taking care of themselves when necessary. Dominck was the one to find the idea, searching on his own for a week to find the answer, a solution.
"Age regression" was the term. Someone who mentally regressed back mentally due to trauma, stress, or just for pleasure; reliving a childhood that'd be stripped from them. People who could fully support themselves except for when in that headspace. He even found a care home in the city that had a few, determined to take Rhea there after telling her he might have a solution.
Two worlds collide, and Aster hopes he's finally safe, while Rhea hopes she's found her purpose again.

Please take care of yourself while reading this story as it is absolutely dark and sad. but I promise the next one that I will write will be so much happier as it will focus on Finn and Dove, and Dove's healing. Her life has no meaning, she has nothing, she's all alone and has no one to go to. But what happens when Chris wakes up hungover on Rhea's couch? Will their everyday life still be the same? Would their friendship continue to grow into something more? That back fired because she was taken which she was sold to the highest bidder. To come to find out it was Cole who bought and had her sent to Russia. She was tortured by Cole. Then one day Cole asked for her to be brought upstairs because he had special guest. She found out it was Liam and Anthony. Cole asked Liam to choose between her and Anthony. Bella told him to save Anthony since they been best friends forever. Liam decided to shoot Cole as one of Cole men shoot Bella. Cole got away as both Liam and Anthony try to save Bella. They took Bella to the local hospital to try to save her. Bella was put in a coma. One day Bella woke up since the doctors unhooked her from the machines they had her on.
