Will Graham, Joyce Byers, and Y/N Graham are all siblings that each went their separate ways. Will started working as a criminal profiler for his special abilities and adopted a girl named Abigail Hobbs after he was forced to kill her original father. Joyce went to high school and lived the life of Veronica Soyer, only to have her boyfriend blow up the school. She then moved to Hawkins, Indiana with her boyfriend at the time, Lonnie and they had two kids together, Will (named after her brother) and Jonathan. After Lonnie and Joyce broke up, she and Hopper became a couple and Hopper has an adopted daughter, Jane (Eleven) Hopper. As for Y/N, she started going to therapy because of their past lover being a serial killer and dying from the FBI. She started seeing Doctor Hannibal Lecter and soon enough fell in love with him. She noticed that he had suddenly started acting really suspicious around her and she later found out that he was not only a serial killer like her previous boyfriend, he was also a cannibal. She decided that she was going to confront him about it at her next appointment.
