Everyone knows not to enter the forbidden city yet a sound calls the writer to enter it, but what is in the mysterious city?

Except that it is under water. In this story we meet an everyday sort of girl named Sarah, watch her grow, and witness the choices she must make. For in reality this is a story about how certain thoughts and ideas will come to certain conclusions, horrendous as they might be in the end. But here we are getting quite ahead of ourselves.
