patrick leaned over and whispered, amused by art's jaw practically on the floor. "i told you." followed by a brisk, "shut up." from the blonde.
the match started and their heads moved back and forth, watching the ball fly with ease across the court. she didn't miss it, not once. it was obvious that she'd put in the effort and dedicated herself completely to her craft. she knew exactly what to do, and when to do it.
