When Tomura Shigiraki meets (Rina Akiyama/oc) he didn't expect her to be basically immune to his quirk it intrigued him to how and why she wouldn't turn to dust in his touch.. the girl 5 years of age wasn't hurt by him whatsoever.. being 2 years older than her he felt as if he had to protect her at all costs so that's exactly what he did when his master had took in the girl as well. Tomura hadn't thought of her more than his second in command or did he?...
(This is under serious editing, and it will take me some time to finish the entire story, I might also sneak in a few non episode parts just cuz I can)
