In the late 1960s, Northern California is gripped by fear as a ruthless killer emerges from the shadows. Detective Alex Parker and his partner, Sarah Reynolds, are called to investigate the brutal murders of two teenagers, David Faraday and Betty Lou Jensen, on a secluded lovers' lane in Benicia.
