Leo Santiago the King Joker of this multi-billion under ground markets is a man that is feared by everyone and respected by all. He's demanding, rude and arrogant. His second Joker, Chase Hayes known to all as a calculative, shrewd and discerning. Together they have maintained the House of Cards reputation for the past 2 years. So when a girl named Aria (with no last name) waltzs into Leo's life, he doesnt appreciate it. Leo Santiago threatens peoples lives. Aria doesnt care about her life.
