Demons. They are many in this corrupt world of ours, hiding in places where most of us fear. Our minds. They consume our every thoughts, telling us to kill. Telling us to hurt and be hurt, telling us we deserve all the pain we get plus more. Ashley Takeda is a test subject of the UAOD or the United Alliance Of Demons. Since she was a baby she's been constantly watched and trained to unleash her inner demon, Hikoru. But neither of them want to have their existance soley based on killing anymore. Hikoru and Ashley are 'irregulars' meaning instead of killing we rather help others in need but in the era of fear the world is under, they are the 'weaklings' that everyone is after.
Sadly, 50,000 people are chosen to compete in the annual 'Bloodbath Games' where everyone fights to the death and only one can be left. How does Ashley fair when she's chosen to fight and everyone knows her secret?

After having nothing else to learn, she decided it was time for her to be among the humans who is half her kind. To her it was a big advantage on knowing how both species fight when it came to war. Izumi, a boy not so skilled happened to have the privilege of being admired by Anima which is was almost impossible, and she took it upon herself to train him. For Anima, for the first time in all her life, she felt like if she belonged even though she had to hide her true self. But at the ball for humans, it was mating season for demons and Anima sensed one among the humans. But not being full demon she couldn't tell exactly where it was but she knew that it knew where she was.
