Maybe he did have a little affection but never confessed,not even she confessed it tho,but she fell and loved him unconditionally, and he never knews,Somewhere they love eachother but they never felt to confessed.
They were both diffident,she never thought that someone would come into her life and paint her life with beautiful colours,and also she never thought someone would hurt her to death,They used to care eachother, this wasn't just an affection,it was something between them that they didn't even knew.
