With heavy inspiration from George Orwell's "1984", I tried to make a cool revolution story in which the main character starts a guerilla army to fight back against the Party. (By heavy inspiration, I mean it's basically a modified 1984). I write this for fun so chapter rollouts will vary in timespan but I'm aiming for one a week.

Sunshine - A New Dawn for Remus Lupin by JustCallMeMrsLupin
15 parts Complete
Remus Lupin is presumed dead in the Battle of Hogwarts, but he is merely in a coma. Upon waking, he loses the will to live after learning that Tonks died in the battle. His son, Teddy, and returning to his old position as a professor at Hogwarts become his only reasons to carry on, until 10 years later a deep friendship with a new Hogwarts Divination teacher brings color back into his world. NOTES: This story is a remake for my fanfiction "A New Dawn". 1. This my lightest fanfic ever, despite it's sad first chapters. 2. Please, bear in mind that English's not my first language, so I apologize for any mistakes or errors. 3. I don't usually go against canon. However, the idea of Lupin surviving, even with his spirit appearing to Harry, fits perfectly with the concept of a coma and could have happened. We can fit it into canon. I absolutely adore Tonks with all my heart, but I've had a crush on Remus Lupin ever since I read The Prisoner of Azkaban almost 20 years ago, before seeing the film. Back then, I used to write fanfics (during classes!!! Oops! Even so, I still got good grades! haha) about Remus Lupin and a character entirely inspired by me, called Mary Hallow. In one of those fanfics, set in the Marauders' era and called "Memories of a Marauder Wolf" -which I'm currently trying to rewrite, but it hasn't been easy-I worked through my teenage traumas with the story I wrote. Although nowadays I only read and write 'Remadora' fanfics (Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks), I decided to revisit Mary Hallow to work through my adult traumas (or as I like to say, 'exorcise my demons'). So, even though this Mary Hallow no longer has a certain issue that defined her in my older fanfics, many of the things in the story are-once again-things I personally experienced. Basically, it's just another 'fanfic' to complement my therapy sessions. LOL

Twisted Retribution

46 parts Complete

Ripped from his home city, Elijah is thrown into a completely different culture of an artificially created, timeless race: The Beastans. The discovery of a family he had never known about leads to unprecedented problems and ways of life Elijah would never even consider. He struggles to remain untainted by his kin's warped and twisted ideals, resolute not to redden his hands as they have done. Ragnohl, an unstoppable storm of whirling steel, is determined to banish the demons that haunt him, constantly reminding him of his brutal, unforgiving past and the childhood he never had. Hungry for revenge, he sets out to destroy the oppression of his tormentors, by seeing them suffer as they made him. Ragnohl will not stop until he slays with his own hands: she who commands them, and he who created them all. **I'd love to hear your thoughts on what I've written, anything you've enjoyed, or haven't enjoyed I'd love to know. I just want to get better at writing!! xD Hope you all enjoy!! :)
