Nothing brings people together like a wedding! Dovey Henderson is back in Hawkins to celebrate her best friend's, Nancy Wheeler, big day. It's the first time in years that the gang's back together, and Dovey is set on having a wonderful time. That is, until she learns that her brother, Dustin, has allowed her least favorite person in the world to stay at their childhood home - Eddie Munson.
Eddie has been a thorn in Dovey's side for years. But, even though Dovey hates Eddie, Eddie has been in love with Dovey for years. He's desperate for anything to change how she feels about him, and he sees an opening (potentially one he created with a lie).
This is finally his chance to put his master plan into place and get Dovey to love him back, whatever it takes.
