Willa Katz stays every summer at her family cabin by the lake. She spends summers with her older brother, cousins and her best friend Isaya Davis. She always looks forward to summer. Even when she didn't have friends at home she always had Isaya. But when Willa turns 16 things start to change. Boys suddenly notice her and she has friends. That summer Isaya seems different too. He's popular and handsome but acts like a complete ass. Willa can't seem to figure out this new person. What happened to the boy she's loved since she was 12?
Isaya Davis lives by the lake with his two sisters and single mother. He grows up with the Katz family. Summer can never come soon enough! The time of year when the lake is no longer lonely and he can see Willa again. Isaya's always loved her. As long as he can remember. But this summer is different. She is different. Does Willa still have time for him with her busy schedule? Does she notice how other guys see her now? He wants to do something but he knows he can't. She hates him. What happened to his best friend? The continuation of my previous story Something Like Summer. This is the 2nd part of the trilogy, with the last being Something Like Spring. It has passed 2 years since Oskar met Aaron for the first time. They haven't talked to each other since then. Aaron lives his best life with his friends and girlfriend, as a popular boy.
