After going to the quirk doctor and being told that he would never have a quirk, Izuku was devasted and scared. His father hearing of this did not take kindly, and took it upon himself to train up his son, and in doing so, it changed Izuku's life forever. The look on his father's face as he stared at the vibrant flames would stay engrained in his memory for years to come.
