It's coming up to the summer holidays, and for Lydia, it should be an exciting time, as she'll be going on holiday to her family home in France and meet her favourite French singer. However, after an IT issue and after a customer falls sick due to out of date products, she's forced to cancel her holiday and along with her colleagues, they tackle the problem.
