A young boy got pulled into killing people by his Mafia boss Mother and that fact he is one of the infected, one out of the four who can live normally long side other people, but after his mother made him look after a 12 year old child he had to become more like a human and less like an infected, he didn't know who he was going to feed himself let a lone the black figure that is now stuck with him forever, he had to find something or just not care and be himself, but that meant hurt the child, will he find out a way to be himself or with he act like a human and almost kill the black figure
