When Charlie and Jamie end up together in the selection, they stumble upon a conspiracy that threatens to unearth the darkest parts of the royal family, and potentially throw all of Illea into chaos. They have to put aside their differences and form an understanding, and besides, no one ever fell in love with their coconspirator.
