It was no secret that Logstedshire was the worse area to live in the entire esmpee. The crime rates were high constantly and heroes rarely patrolled there. It was also no secret that it would be ten times worse if not for the vigilantes that patrolled.
Of course said vigilantes had normal lives to lead which is why Tommy was currently standing at the counter of the Sunshine Cafe.
