The city blessed by the protection of an ancient deity, Yakumo city. A city of peace and quiet, have it's tranquility rocked by the appearance of Abnormal Terrifying Creature otherwise called Kaiju 20 years prior. Since the first incident, an international organisation TPO (Terra Protection Organisation) is created to deal with such event. Once prophesied that an even greater evil will descend down to earth, a warrior of Gold and Black with his companions will return the balance back to it's original state! A young man named Hanagami Shinichi made contact with the giant of light Alpha, and together they fight as one!

Now given the power, Isaac will now travel to different universes, multiverses, and timelines and deal with whatever abnormal being that Dark Killer sent to it.
