The Gazers' corrupt regime has come to a bloody, bloody end. Their position in Dovorian society as a rich, politically powerful elite ripped from them as their heads from their body. And the 19 kids who did it are on an admittedly lax house arrest in their mansion in the sky. A government has started to actually reform after being controlled by an off-shore group of hooded old men, and maybe some of the food and economical products of this country can go to the fucking slums and refugee camps they have just sitting around, dying.
But here's where we are. Everyone has been wandering around the now rebuilt Academy for a month, reeling from what just happened, knowing their work is not close to finished. But no leads, some people busy with work here, and Ethan in a coma aren't exactly productive in getting them to go after the Shadow.
You know, the guys that slaughtered most of their number a couple months back?
The leader has unmasked himself.
All of them are split. Going after the Shadow is where this all has to end, but now a small group of Gazers have been sighted in the heart of Dovoria, and as everyone scrambles to track down the Shadow and its leader, everyone has different ideas of what to do now.
The worst part is, now there's 19 of them. Do you have any idea how hard it'll be to get them to cooperate now? To work together, when everyone wants different things and has different ideals? And some of them seem a little more familiar with each other than they should be.
1000 has dwindled down to 19, and now there's nowhere left to hide from each other.

In an alternate timeline, the human race found a way to create superpowers. By extracting energy from stars and inserting that energy into humans, 'powers' were created. Powers allowed humans to gain unnatural abilities such as flight, invisibility, super strength or in other words, superpowers. Of course, with the introduction of something so revolutionary, people rose up in the hundreds of thousands in an event known as the Great Rebellion. The insurgents banded together under a single banner and became collectively known as the Shadow, marking the beginning of the Cosmic Wars. Out of the darkness, the Gazers were born. Using what remained of the power technology, the Gazers singlehandedly perished the evil and ended the conflict. However, there was a price to pay. Powers put a toll on the human body and had serious mental and physical repercussions. The solution was to recruit children from the age of 13 to 18 and train them so their bodies would adapt to their powers, eventually becoming immune to all negative side effects. The end of the Cosmic Wars brought forth a new age of peace and prosperity that the world had never seen before. However, the long reign of the Gazers has already begun to crumble, cracks showing up within the very thread of society. Their rule will not last for much longer. The Shadow will rise once again. They used armies and used their newfound alien resources to stop them, but it only kept the enemy at bay. It all seemed hopeless until a being from another dimension saw what was going on and decided that the best way to combat the evil powers is to bring together humans and aliens who are willing to stand up against the evil and fight them. This mysterious being then founded a school dedicated to help those who want to use their powers and master them so they can not only stop the threat in Earth and Utopia but to keep peace to the entire galaxy.
