It has been 5 months since Carrie White went into Florida. People found out that she was still living, but had been exonerated on mass murder charges, as her mother's abuse contributed to it. Having settled into her own apartment, she is content. But when she hears about a sinister plot, she asks herself something. Could it be someone else with the same telekinetic abilities as her, or has her longtime arch-enemy survived?
