Laila is the younger sister of the charismatic Landon Woods. She's beautiful but she doesn't entertain guys and hardly has any male friends, she is in a close-knit girls group.

Frazier Adams was the mentee to the charismatic Landon Woods. He doesn't want to ruin his friendship with his mentor so he doesn't pursue his sister until the moment sparks fly between the two and they discover that their hearts are in sync.
