Arkham city designed by Hugo strange. Bruce Wayne did his best to shut the project down but was captured and taken in only to find out strange knew Bruce Wayne was Batman. Somewhere in Arkham city a 19 year old young adult was starting his own vigilante career to find his mother and also shut down Arkham city but during his time in Arkham city changes start to occur within y/n that will connect him to his not only his past but his heritage.
