"In order to save his dying daughter, Dr Edward Taylor will have to journey to the underworld to retrieve the golden fleece but will he when a traitor journeys with him."
In the year 1857, in the heart of England, Dr. Edwin Taylor, a devoted father and respected doctor and scientist, faces a harrowing challenge: his beloved daughter, Nora, is stricken with a mysterious illness that defies all conventional treatments. Desperate to save her, Dr. Taylor embarks on a daring quest that will test his courage, his resolve, and the very limits of his humanity.
Driven by a father's love, Dr. Taylor delves into the realm of myth and legend, seeking a cure that lies beyond the boundaries of the known world. His search leads him to the ancient story of the Golden Fleece, a mythical artifact said to possess the power to heal any ailment and grant immortality to its bearer.
As Dr. Taylor unravels the secrets of the Golden Fleece, he discovers the journal of a Voyager who once sought the artifact. Determined to follow in the Voyager's footsteps, Dr. Taylor sets out on a perilous journey into the unknown, accompanied his friend, John Hopkins and his loyal butler George Rencliff.
However, John Hopkins has his own motives for seeking the Golden Fleece. Driven by guilt and a desire for closure, he sees the artifact as a means to Redemption . As Dr. Taylor and John Hopkins race against time to find the Golden Fleece, they must confront not only mythical creatures and impossible challenges, but also the darkness that lies within their own hearts.
In the end, Dr. Taylor must make the ultimate choice: to save his daughter, he must confront John Hopkins and the demons that drive him. But in a world where myth and reality collide, nothing is as it seems, and the true test of Dr. Taylor's love and sacrifice is yet to come.
Waking up in the body of a Romani Archiman is acceptable. Getting 3rd and 1st True Magics is nice. Getting Beasts as pets - delightful. The world of DxD is unforgivable. It's a world where some teenagers who aren't even two decades old somehow mystically defeat the descendants of legendary heroes, ancient demons, powerful dragons, etc. Why does this happen? Simply because! Simply put, this world only makes sense because it doesn't. And now, I have to put up with the fact that I live here. Such pain. (DxDxMulti)
