Lynn Todd, Now as Batwing. Has grown up being the new Dark Knight of Gotham protecting it from it monsters who are roaming the streets of Gotham. Lynn took up the becoming the Bat after the death of Bruce Wayne. But lately Lynn has been trying to stop a new threat in Gotham who has caused a few murders of three female victims with their faces removed post mortem and bandaged up and dumped in different places of Gotham from the last couple of months. It's up to her to stop this new killer stalking the night for it's new victim for who knows what. Wil she be able to stop this new murder or fail trying? 

I was point something out, Lynn's backstory has changed. Lynn is autistic and she suffered domestic violent child abuse and she is a Romani-American. I have her have a blood connection to the Court Of Owls due to her mother's side. Her father is still Willis Todd (Also known as Jason Todd's father) and a half-blood sibling in Jason Todd. Since my last DC character was a hit I thought I'd do another one Meet Nora Hoshiko Sturlungar a 28 year old mixed nationality women of both Japanese/Norwegian who's family immigrated in America after WW2 from her Norwegian side moved to Texas, also being a high class hot nerd enjoying building gundams and rocking to medal music/anime paranormal and a pro demonologist. Her life changes after she got pulled into the FBI witness protection program and was forced to move up north to a state that she hated which was Gotham under a new identity and going to Gotham university to avoid suspicion since she looked around her very early twenties instead of looking her age along with having a job thanks to the FBI After four month of living in gotham she catches thee attention of certain people of power both good and bad which she noticed and acted like she didn't know a thing, the more it got worse when gifts started showing up and feeling she was followed in the worse way the more it annoyed her and she decided to kill two birds with one stone since Nora realized the FBI agents that where watching her sucked at there job. But going home back to Texas and getting her old life back the way she wants.....might never happen.

She was trained to become an informant, like her father. Except she was never brought into the field, until now. With her father dead and Talia ready to finally kill her son, Talia sends Carmen undercover to kill Damian. However plans change whenever Talia realized Carmen knows alot more than she let onto. With deceptive maneuver ninety three in place and and most of the Justice League out to get her, Carmen is questioning who she should trust. The life she never wanted, but has always known. Or something new and uncertain. Damian Wayne, as her original target and childhood bully, is trying to show her that she can surivive outside of The League of Shadows. She can be whoever she wants. The Justice League is quick to sway her to their side, but Talia doesn't want to lose a valuable pawn. And with Carmen's uncertainty, the scale could easily tip either way.
