Almost 6 weeks after Peace Island had been recaptured by Knight and has begun the process of rebuilding with TechnoMaster having fled the Island, TechnoMaster now is in a state of fury. His former Allie's are now dead, his army is in disarray, and anyone still loyal to him are not as convinced as they used to be. Then, another scientist who also shares his hatred for Knight shows up at the right moment and they later form an alliance.
