the current timeframe is 1990's-1998 in a small countryish town in texas.
this town isn't the best, its mostly filled with old people. the only fun thing that teens do is poke dead animals, or if there lucky they'll find a dead body by the tracks. somehow, this summer they'll get very lucky. One body, will lead to another, then another.. then maybe you'll be the next body after that.
