She had redeemed herself a year ago, had been pardoned for her crimes and offered a second chance. She had been hunting her life, tracking down her own history to find out who she was, and now, just as she was getting close, the fate of humanity had been threatened. 

Lorena di Santo is called up to track down the global threat Loki, a man not of this world, a man with an agenda. 

To free the world from freedom.

Lorena is thrown back into the world she had tried to separate from. Will she be able to set aside her past for the greater good? Or will she fall back to her old ways and betray the trust of those who had shown her mercy?
