Old Doctor Philmyer, an occupational/physical therapist pushed her harder than anyone would even try to do. Determination and will drove her to prove every doctor wrong. 3 years after her accident, Anya was walking, even running again. Her body had healed itself in a miraculous turn of events. But scars remained. Scars on her back and scattered over her extremities turned men off from her.
