Jacob Arnsfield is up to something, but nobody knows what, and those who know he's scheming are scared of what he will do.
And Chester and Maximo Lenore are trying to enjoy their vacation, but neither one can shake the feeling that something is wrong with the whole experience.
As the week goes by, as teenagers flirt, scheme, fall in love, and fall apart, it becomes clear that for better or for worse, this vacation will not be forgotten.
