A French Town, 1982

At only 16 years old, Vivienne wished for nothing more than to get out of her family's home. It was the definition of chaos and a world she could never seem to escape. She wished she could be anywhere else in the world. Sailing in Croatia, biking along the streets of Rome. Although privileged, her reality weighed on her.

Cassius, a 17 year old playboy, has more depth than met the eye. His family was one of the richest in the area, and as an only child, he felt isolated. If only he could travel the world, rather than learn the family business when he graduated.

They had merely glanced at each other in school. Coincidentally, their houses layed on opposite sides of a lake. Vivienne visited a spot there often, but what happens when Cassius discovers her little secret and claims it as his own?
