Dilemma

Elias Ryder is your typical heartbreaker. Always cheating on his beautiful but Queen Bitch girlfriend, Isabella Stone, with other girls. His ego is bigger than the whole universe and thinks he could to whatever he wants without being punished or stopped. I forgot to mention that he is also known to be bully and his main target is Anastasia Stone, who's Isabella's twin sister. Elias gets into a car accident which led him to being in the hospital and claimed by his doctors that he has amnesia. The amnesia has changed him into a good person just like Anastasia is. None of his friends and the rest of the student body in school besides his girlfriend and Anastasia know about him having amnesia.
