Meet Prince Darius, first born child of the Prince and Princess of Wales, heir to the throne. Born in 1979, Darius's life would be filled with happiness despite his parents fighting and eventually divorcing in 1996. However, he would soon face tragedy when his mother was killed in Paris, Darius was never fully himself after that, he was never really happy anymore; he just put on a brave face everyday. Darius's life seemed to be incomplete and unhappy until he met his future wife who happens to be his best friend's little sister at a birthday party.
Meet Victoria, the little sister of the prince's best friend. She grew up with 7 older brothers, a loving father but not a so loving mother. Victoria has a horrible relationship with her mother, it got worse after her parents divorced. Her mother was controlling to the point Victoria ran away back to her dad's house and no longer talked to her. Victoria thought she knew what love was when she met her ex-boyfriend but she was wrong, he cheated. She gives up on the idea of love until her brother's birthday party, where she meets the future king
Follow Darius and Victoria as they navigate their relationship as they deal with tragedy, betrayal, scrutiny, paparazzi, tension, and more. The story will take place in 2002, when they first meet.
