Izuku Midoriya; A boy who was told he was useless by everyone, his father, the number one hero, even his childhood friend. He was quirkless and alone in the world. He was lost, he didn't really know what to do with his life anymore.
Until one night, he realizes something. He may not be able to be a pro hero, but he could still save people. He could turn to the life of a vigilante and save all the people limelight heroes over look. He could easily get away with it too, he was smart, fast, quick thinking, and he couldn't get arrested for it because he didn't have a quirk. Though he wouldn't tell anyone that unless he got caught. He just let them assume he had something along the lines of an agility or analyst quirk.
Then he made his debut at age 13. A new beginning.

Basically, It's another story about Aizawa finding out about the bullying problems Midoriya has had/ is having. Also includes Present Mic and All Might being worried dads. _ When Midoriya finally made it into UA, He knew it would be different. He wasn't sure how much, but it had to be different! Of course, the work and how the school works would be different, but he hoped the people there would be different, too. Mostly because he had a quirk now. He wasn't useless anymore and he was definitely not quirkless anymore. In all honesty, Midoriya didn't expect all the kindness he was receiving from his peers and teachers. Surely, the teachers knew he was quirkless beforehand, right? If they knew.. then why didn't they hate him? Besides All Might, he expected them to dislike him. (Midoriya only thought All Might cared because he used to be quirkless too.. but it was better than nothing.) However, with his friends, he was happier. He didn't even know how to act around friends, but he tried.. Even if deep down Midoriya knew he couldn't trust anybody-- And he didnt trust anybody-- he still tried. Oh well, why didn't he trust them? Simple. He had the mindset that, 'If they knew he was quirkless, it would be middle school all over again.' He was protecting himself, just in case they found out. If they found out and stopped being friends with him, well it would be okay. He was prepared. He had to be. So, in the end, he didn't tell anybody about his old quirkless ways. Not that he had to tell anybody, right? He had a quirk, so it shouldn't matter anymore, right? Wrong. Who says the bullying and its effects ever go away? Moonlit Pack: A Quirkless Vigilante's Pursuit
Midoriya Izuku was declared quirkless when he was four. He suffered the deaths of his parents when he was only five. He ran to the forest to hide, for he doesn't want to live with others who will bully him. What he found was something he wouldn't forget. This fanfic is inspired by many other fanfics and another book called Wild Rescuers by StacyPlays. There is also a bit of "The Lion Guard" in here, but not too much. Because of this he tried everything he could think of to try make his mom's or dad's quirks work but absolutely nothing did. As he was slowly pushed away by everyone except for his mother, he had no one, no friends or anything, because of this he gained the hobby of drawing to help him cope with the loneliness. Years passed by and he finally accepted that he was quirkless and because of that everyone all but increased in the bullying making Izuku even more isolated. But then one day something changed when after he was bullied and he was at home drawing, his quirk finally showed itself. @JaydenFleisher writes the description for each chapter and I write the story itself

However, one day Aizawa and Nezu payed a visit to the exact same mental hospital because they got some lead about a group of villains that were after UA.
