It's been five years since the death of her mate. Perry Phurry loses her composure when the Luna of her pack, and the reason why she's alone, announces she's expecting the heir of Red Wood City. 
After causing a scene that lands her in an overnight stay in the dungeons, Alpha Calvin has Perry escorted back to the packhouse where he informs her he has traded her to the Lycan King.
