On a cold, dark winter night, the bodies of two local sex workers lay deep within the heart of the famous Stables Market in London. A brutal attack unfolded that left one girl dead and the other desperately fighting for her life.
For Detective Chief Inspector Morgan Chester, the case is personal. She knows the surviving victim. After almost ten years serving in the Serious Crime Unit and investigating horrific crimes, nothing could have prepared her for what she witnessed in the market.
