"The Grounded Raptors":
After a horrible thunderstorm caused the final rounds of the Warbirds tournament to be pushed back, Rosemary Hopkins was observing the storm alongside her fellow team members of "Raptor Squadron". Tensions flare between the team, but most are able to be calmed down. That is, except for one.

One year ago, Prythian suffered an attack at the hands of the necromancer, Melantha. She was ultimately defeated, but the marks of her terrible influence still remain in the memories and on the bodies of her victims. Wynter, Heir to the Winter Court, bears many of those marks. Daemati are feared and coveted throughout Prythian. Seren Marzena is one of the few among their ranks. When her power is revealed to Beron Vanserra, High Lord of the Autumn Court, he is quick to take advantage of her. Beron no longer trusts his eldest son, Eris, believing him to be allied with the Night Court. Beyond that, Beron seeks several dangerous artifacts that are protected by members of the Night Court. He seeks the Dread Trove and the swords created by Nesta Archeron. It is up to Seren to infiltrate the Night Court and learn all that Beron wishes to know. Her task will be harder than it seems.
