Alastair has lived at the Ministry for the majority of her life. As she comes of age, she is initiated as a Sibling of Sin in order to stay at the Ministry. On the night of her ceremony, she and some of the ghouls get a little too drunk, which leads her to meet Cardinal Copia.

The reader is a ghoul who is really trying his best to help copia out on this journey. they trust eachother fully with any secrets, their bond is so strong that they raddiate positivity whenever theyre near eachother.
