A team of ten, specially picked and experienced scientists have been chosen for a top secret project called Experiment Test Tube. These scientists must create life in a single glass cylinder with chemicals of their own creation. If they succeed, C.H.E. Labs (Chemical and Human experimentation) will experience a new era of fame and wealth because of their newest, most advanced creation. However, if the life form is created and one of the team members messed up, the blame will be put entirely on the entire corporation of C.H.E.

Celia had always been a planner. While people laughed and called her ridiculous, she continued to follow her life plans to the T. In 2037, in the middle of nowhere, lies a newly built testing lab, owned by the government. The government is unfortunately corrupted, and has led the whole country into disaster. People are starving, and the whole economy is falling apart. Since the government needs a new way to get out of this terrible situation, they are finding new ways to make money. Fortunately for them, science has blessed them with a new discovery- a new blood type. The people with the new blood type are said to be able to be resistant to most high falls, and also are stronger than the average human being. They are now capturing people with the new blood type, blood type AE positive. You just happen to be one of those people with the rare blood and you drive in an attempt to escape the clutches of the Obelus. Baseball, Lightbulb, and eventually Balloon are captured by Test Tube and forced to partake in experiments that slowly get more and more dangerous. Meanwhile, their friends back at Hotel OJ are desperately trying to find them.
